How it works

A gentle three step start

  1. Step 01Send a note. Four short fields. Tell us a little about your situation, nothing more is needed to begin.
  2. Step 02A plain reply. A person reads it and replies in plain words, usually the same day, with a gentle first suggestion.
  3. Step 03Choose your pace. Sessions, card guidance, or a simple support plan. You set the rhythm and can pause any time.
